At Ambition Studios we offer a range of classes suitable to all levels of fitness and experience. Our classes are small so we can really concentrate on your technique and form. All classes provide a total body workout, with exercises to strengthen core, improve posture, increase flexibility and leave you feeling energised.

STUDIO GROUP CLASSES

All classes are open level. Our highly skilled team offer options for all levels of experience and ability, so you're empowered to make the movement choices that are right for you on the day. Our group classes range between 45 to 50 minutes.

REFORMER

The Pilates Reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including strength, flexibility, coordination & balance. You can do exercises laying down, sitting, standing, pushing the footbar, pulling the straps, and that’s just to name a few! Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

PILATES TOWER

Pilates Tower classes will help address imbalances and deepen your core connection. Using resistance springs and Mat Pilates exercises to help challenge, strengthen and lengthen every part of your body. Pilates Tower group classes are fun and focused.
