Private sessions 1:1
Private sessions are one-on-one workouts specifically designed for each client's fitness, postural and post-rehabilitative conditioning goals and needs. All equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and small props may be used as appropriate. Book your initial assessment here.
Semi-private sessions 1:3
The sessions are personally designed for each client based on their goals and functional needs. New to Pilates? Please book in for an Initial Assessment, where we will analyse your posture, flexibility, strength and muscle balance and ask about your goals and medical history. We will then create a personalised program of Pilates exercises for you which you will incorporate into your semi-private sessions. Book your initial assessment here.
