AMBITION STUDIOS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRO OFFER | NEW CLIENT SPECIAL
Our Intro Offer 3 classes for $49 is only available to new clients of Ambition Studios. One introductory offer per new client. Valid for 14 days after first visit.
2. RESERVATIONS
Ambition studios sessions are very popular, so to avoid disappointment you must reserve a space in each session you wish to attend as there are strictly limited spaces available. All classes must be paid for at time of booking. Please be aware classes are on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of two people is required for a session to go ahead.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our session sizes are small, clients must adhere to the cancellation policy. Cancellations will need to be made more than 12 hours prior to the session beginning (morning or evenings). We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients therefore NO exceptions will be made. You can cancel your session through the Mind body booking system.
If your session is not cancelled more than 12 hours ahead of time, or you are a no show/absent for your session, you will forfeit your session if your on a pack. Late fee/cancellation a $10 late fee will be charged to clients on unlimited studio memberships and 2 & 3 x classes per week memberships will forfeit their session.
We require a 12 hour cancellation window for private and semi-private sessions. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice you will forfeit your session.
4. WAITLIST
If you are unable to book a spot because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As positions open up in the class, you will receive an automatic email notification booking you into that class.
5. REFUNDS
All Ambition Studios packs are non-refundable.
6. SESSIONS
Instructors and sessions are subject to change without notice. Ambition Studios reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
7. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment needs to be made upon booking, NO exceptions.
8. PERSONAL AGREEMENT
Understand that classes at Ambition Studios may be physically strenuous and voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. Agree that Ambition Studios is in no way responsible for any personal injury as well as the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to an Ambition Studios staff member.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
9. SOCK POLICY
For safety and sanitary purposes, Ambition Studios will require the use of grip socks for all classes and private sessions.
10. MEMBERSHIPS:
1. Memberships are on a Weekly Direct Debit system.
2. Late fee/cancellation a $10 late fee will be charged to clients on unlimited studio memberships and 2 & 3 x classes per week memberships will forfeit their session.
3. Membership Suspensions are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks in a 6 months period. Suspensions are charged $5 per week.
4. To place your membership on hold, we require 2 weeks notice.
5. Initial sign up is for a three month lock in. Cancel anytime after three months.
6. If your situation changes and you need to cancel your membership, we require 2 weeks written notice.
7. Studio Membership is limited to 1 session per day.
8. 2 & 3 x per week memberships can purchase additional sessions at $20 per class. If during the week cycle, an extra session is taken and shows owing in MINDBODY, $20 will automatically be charged to the card on file per session booked, regardless of late cancel or no show.
9. Failed autopay transaction - $5 for every failed transaction.
11. PACKS:
1. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable.
2. The expiry date cannot be extended, except in case of injury with a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date and a $10 Administration Fee will be charged.
3. Our 5, 10 and 20 class passes are valid for 2, 3 and 6 months from date of first use.
